During the Legislative Session the Division of Financial Management reviews and make recommendations to the Governor on all legislative house and senate proposals, concurrent resolutions, joint memorials, proclamations, and resolutions from both houses.

The Division of Financial Management reviews and provides an analysis of all legislative proposals. The Division has a policy that all analysis will be completed within three (3) days of passage by both houses of the Legislature during the session. So far this session there have been 693 pieces of legislation proposed. The following graph shows the breakout by staff.
