This manual contains the Human Resource Policies applicable to all State of Idaho agencies.
No statement in this manual shall serve as a contract of employment.
This manual is designed solely as a working guide for Agency management and human resource staff in the day-to-day administration of our State’s human resource program.
These department policies are not promulgated as rules under the Idaho Administrative Procedures Act nor do they carry the force and effect of law. However, a violation of any one of these policies may be grounds for disciplinary action up to and including dismissal.
Any Appointing Authority may request the adoption, amendment, or repeal of a human resource policy. Such requests shall be directed to the Administrator of the Idaho Division of Human Resources for review and consideration.
This manual replaces and supersedes all human resource policies and procedures issued prior to September, 2007.
