EALS is an easy-to-use, web-based system designed to provide state agencies the ability to submit their legislative ideas and proposals online. The automated EALS can be accessed at http://apps.dfm.idaho.gov/eals.
The legislation proposals are reviewed by DFM and the Governor's Office to determine consistency with gubernatorial policies and impact on other state agencies and the general public. This review culminates in the development of the executive agency legislation package. See the Executive Agency Legislation Process Manual for more information.
The EALS system was designed and tested with Internet Explorer version 6.
