Executive Agency Legislative System (EALS)
Proposal
Once an Idea has been approved by both DFM and the Governor's Office, the agency will be notified of the status and the system will automatically transfer the necessary information to the Proposal SOP tab.
Contact information will be filled in but can be modified.
All fields marked with } required fields. The system will not allow you to move forward without filling in these boxes.
SOP
Title should be descriptive of the idea, an indication of what the idea is going to address.
Upload
When you are ready to submit your final proposal click on the Upload button. This will allow you to upload your proposal to our server so we can take it to committee. Please be specific with the file name (good example to use the EALS# for the file name). The system has a 20 character limit on the file name.
Helpful Hints
You cannot create a Proposal without first creating an Idea.
Save your information before moving on.
If you do not have the necessary information for some of the required fields just put in dummy data until you are ready.
Remember to select Preferred Committee
To print your proposal, save the data click on Reports.
