Regulatory & Legislative Affairs Bureau Team

The Regulatory and Legislative Affairs Bureau coordinates the implementation and reporting requirements of the Zero Based Regulation (ZBR) – Executive Order 2020-01. It publishes the Idaho Administrative Bulletin in compliance with the state’s Administrative Procedures Act. The Bureau also facilitates the Executive Agency Legislative System and the Administrative Rules Forms System.
