About DFM

Our Organization

The Division of Financial Management (DFM) is part of the Executive Office of the Governor. Its primary function is to assist the Governor in his duties as the Chief Budget Officer of the State. It is headed by the Administrator, Lori Wolff.

Within DFM, the Budget Bureau, the Management Services Bureau, the Economic Analysis Bureau, and the Regulatory and Legislative Affairs Bureau work closely with one another and the rest of state government to provide fiscal and policy guidance, oversight, and management services on behalf of the Governor.

Including the Administrator, there are 22 full time positions (FTPs) within DFM.

To help state government provide effective and efficient services to the people of the State of Idaho.
