The Division of Financial Management (DFM) is part of the Executive Office of the Governor. Its primary function is to assist the Governor in his duties as the Chief Budget Officer of the State. It is headed by the Administrator, Alex J. Adams. Including the Administrator, there are 15 full time positions (FTPs) within DFM.
There are three bureaus within DFM: the Budget Bureau, the Management Services Bureau, and the Economic Analysis Bureau. These bureaus work closely with one another and the rest of state government to provide fiscal and policy guidance, oversight, and management services on behalf of the Governor.
